DivineXplore Infotech ("we"), 3rd Floor, 513-L, Parsaram Chowk, Model Town, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana 135001, India, runs AcadVista AI Detect. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account: your name and email address, from Google sign-in or the sign-up form.
• Documents: the file you upload and the text we extract from it.
• Payments: the order, amount and Razorpay payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details stay with Razorpay.
• Site usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics cookies, to see how the site is used. No document content or file names are sent to Google Analytics.

How long we keep it

• The uploaded file: deleted as soon as the check finishes (within a day if a check is never started).
• The report, which contains the document's text: 30 days, or until you delete it from your account.
• Account and payment records: as long as your account exists, and payment records for as long as tax law requires.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your documents or data.
• We do not keep your documents in a repository or compare other people's documents against them.
• We do not use your documents to train or tune the detector.

Where it is processed

On Google Cloud (Firebase and Cloud Run) in the Delhi region (asia-south2), by Razorpay for payments, and by Google Analytics for site usage. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without losing any feature.

Your rights

You can see your reports and delete any of them at any time. To correct or delete your account, or for any privacy question, write to info@acadvista.in. We reply within 7 working days.
