These terms govern your use of AcadVista AI Detect at aidetect.acadvista.in, operated by DivineXplore Infotech (Udyam UDYAM-HR-19-0074391), 3rd Floor, 513-L, Parsaram Chowk, Model Town, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana 135001, India. By creating an account, buying credits or checking a document, you accept these terms.

1. The service

You upload a document and we report how much of its text reads as written by an AI language model, with the passages we flagged. The report is an automated, statistical assessment. It can be wrong in either direction and is not proof that AI was or was not used. Do not base a disciplinary, academic or employment decision on the report alone.

2. Your account

• You need an account with a verified email address. Keep your login to yourself.
• One free check per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free checks is not allowed, and such accounts may be closed.

3. Your documents

• Upload only documents you are entitled to share with us: your own work, or work you have the author's or institution's permission to check.
• You keep all rights in your documents. You let us process them only to produce your report.
• We delete the uploaded file when the check ends, and the report after 30 days or when you delete it. See the privacy policy.
• We do not add your documents to any database, and we do not use them to train or tune the detector.

4. Credits and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details.
• One credit checks one document of up to 20,000 words; longer documents use one credit for each 20,000 words or part of it. The word count excludes the reference list.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.
• Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to probe, copy or reverse-engineer the detector, upload malicious files, or use automated means to submit documents without our written agreement.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana have jurisdiction.
